WelcomeMark & Jacqui invite you to share their family home where you will be made to feel most welcome. Whistling Jack’s is a recently renovated barn conversion nestled in the tiny hamlet of Rottington, set in the heart of the West Cumbrian countryside. The small costal village of St Bees, famous for being the start of the Coast to Coast Walk, is just a 10 minute walk across the rolling fields. The Priory of St Mary and St Bega at St Bees is one of the finest church buildings in the country, dating back to 1120. We do not currently have a licence to serve alcohol on our premises but there are alternatives. Why not bring your own wine and we will happily provide corkscrews and glasses, and chill it to your preference. After a good nights sleep try our home cooked Full English breakfast prepared using local produce. We also cater for vegetarians and other special dietary needs. Evening meals and packed lunches available on request.
